BENY was born in Russia but grew up in Israel. He moved to New York in his 20s and started out sweeping floors of a salon. He quickly moved his way up by learning everything he could about hair. With his determination and eagerness to learn, he soon opened two salons on Long Island. His salons have an upscale, yet friendly atmosphere. He believes that people do not just come in to have their hair done, but come to have a place to chat with friends and let off steam. The salons have grown due to his laid back attitude mixed with his love for making people feel great. His clients come in, hang out with their friends and walk out looking beautiful. Today, he styles the hair of quite a few celebrities, handles his two businesses, and manages to spend time with his beautiful wife and two adorable children.
